Behaviour Management

​At Waraburra State School we set a high expectation for student behaviour. The documents below are the foundation of which our behaviour expectaions are set and taught.

Waraburra Expectations:

  • Be on Time
  •  Active Listening
  •  Transitioning

Waraburra Rules:

  • Be Safe
  •  Be Respectful 
  •  Be a Learner

Student Behaviour Process:

  • Behaviour process that is used in classrooms that includes; proactive and reactive strategies to prevent and 

         manage behaviours that take place in class.  

Wara Workings:

  • A detailed list of schoolwide expecations for the entire school day. This document is referred to frequently throughout our school days and is discussed at parades.

Sad, Mad and Bad:

  • Reporting process for students to use when they feel sad, mad or bad.
